The passport should be valid for at least 6 months. （2）如果曾有来华经历或目前正在中国，需提交所有相关的签证页。/If you have ever been to China or are currently in China, you need to submit all relevant visa pages. 2.高中毕业证书（或同等学历，如IB，A Level等）和高中阶段所有年级（学期）成绩单/High school diploma (or equivalent, such as IB, A Level, etc.) and transcripts of all grades(semesters) of high school （1）须为有学校盖章或相关负责人签字的原件/The original must be stamped by the school or signed by the relevant person in charge. （2）提交成绩单时，建议附成绩评估标准说明/When submitting a transcript, it is recommended to attach a description of the performance evaluation criteria. （3）即将毕业者，可提交预毕业证明及到目前为止已获得的成绩单。获得正式的高中毕业证书和最终的成绩单后，须及时向上海电机学院提交/Those who are about to graduate can submit a pre-graduation certificate and transcripts obtained so far.
